The TreeTote Storage System provides a practical, sturdy, and organized solution for safely storing your Christmas tree after the holidays.
We offer free delivery on every order across the United States, with no extra charges at checkout. Every order is packed with care to arrive safely.
Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days, and delivery then takes 3 to 7 business days. In most cases your order arrives within 4 to 9 business days in total. Our daily cut-off is 8:00 PM ET, Monday through Saturday.
As soon as your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking so you can follow it to your door.
You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with all original packaging.
To start a return, email us at info@botud.com with your order number and we will guide you through it. There are no restocking fees.
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 7 business days.
