You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with all original packaging.
To start a return, email us at info@botud.com with your order number and we will guide you through it. There are no restocking fees.
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 7 business days.
