You can cycle through three color temperatures—warm, neutral, and bright white—and hold the button to dim it to whatever feels right. Sometimes I leave it barely glowing in the corner. Other nights I want full brightness. It handles both.

One unexpected thing: it holds up outside. A little drizzle? No problem. We’ve left it on the porch a few times and it’s still going strong.
